We cordially invite you to attend the 2018 Wine Regulatory Forum in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA on October 10-11 and the FIVS meeting immediately preceding the WRF on October 9th.
This year’s WRF is the final meeting under the multiyear project and caps off 8 years of sectoral focus on wine in APEC. The agenda will include a review of the key deliverables over the life of the project, address ongoing work on certificates of analysis, and follow up on key work items from the 2017 Ha Noi Meeting Statement.
The WRF is seeking participation from wine regulators and representatives from the wine industries in the APEC economies to participant in the 2018 meeting. The working language of the conference is English.
Please consider arriving in Honolulu on October 8th so you can participate in the FIVS meeting on October 9th. The FIVS meeting will include a morning program focused on issues of concern in the Asia-Pacific region. The afternoon will feature a technical tour after lunch. The evening will include a joint dinner between FIVS and APEC WRF participants.

The WRF will take place at the Modern Honolulu. The preferential room rate of USD 295.16 (inclusive of tax) is available for non-travel eligible participants if booked by September 10th. Full cancellations are provided within 72 hours of arrival (Hawaiian Standard Time). Travel-eligible participants should contact the Project Overseer for information on applicable rates. Self-funded participants can make hotel reservations here. Hotel reservations for travel-eligible participants will be available shortly.
